Air Preheater is more widely used than any other type of heat exchanger for comparable service in the steam generating industry. APH on a large utility boiler often accounts for about 10% of the unit’s thermal efficiency. Its performance is so critical that just a 10F change in gas exit temperature can change the boiler efficiency by a quarter of a percent. The major advantage of using an APH is that it is the least expensive heat-recovery device available that is capable of operating in the harsh environment of a fossil-fueled boiler’s flue gas exhaust.

GP built APH find main application in Power & Utility Boilers. Our APH are highly thermal effective, have effective leakage control and have better performance and reliability.     The flue gas discharge from steam/waste heat boilers contains considerable heat recovery potential. This energy in these flue gases can be used for preheating feed water and improve thermal efficiency of boilers by 5-7%.

    Economiser has assembly of tubes, these tubes can be of different types depending upon the application of economiser. We manufacture wide range of economiser coils through CNC cold bending machine.Our economiser material range varies from carbon steel, stainless steel to alloy steel depending upon the requirement of our customer.

     

    Superheater

    In boiler shell only saturated steam is formed and to get superheated steam we use superheater.The steam superheater can be provided as two stages or one stage, horizontally or vertically arranged. The final design arrangement is determined by the process requirements.

    GP manufacture superheater in various grade of alloy steel and stainless steel, selection of suitable materials due to high temperatures and resistance against metal dusting corrosion will be done by GP based on in-depth experience in supplying steam superheaters.
