Steam Distribution header

Headers tie multiple steam mains to one boiler, or multiple boilers to one or more steam mains. Boiler headers must be properly trapped in order to prevent carryover from the boiler from being introduced into the steam mains. We have extensive experience with the latest materials currently required for all operating units, including natural circulation and supercritical designs. During fabrication, the headers are produced under the strictest surveillance of our Quality Control Department to insure complete compliance with all necessary code.

  • We can fabricate Pressure Vessels up to 50mm thickness and 12 meter length in stainless steel and carbon steel construction. The design, engineering, fabrication and supply as per customer's requirments and or National / International Pressure Vessels code.
    The Boiler Headers (Steam Distribution Headers) are fabricated using premium quality raw material and are in high demand in the market. These are also offered in customized form adhering to the designs and specifications of our valued customers and are manufactured in conformation to the international standards.
    Headers after fabrication are stress relieved to make the Steam distribution headers free from stresses. IBR or 3rd party inspection undertaken.

     

     

    PRESSURE REDUCING STATION

    Complete assembled unit of pressure reducing station, sized and selected based on Customer's requirement of Flow Rate, Pressure, Temperature, etc. PRV is of Self Regulating type Model generally for low-pressure duty. Recommended PRV for high-pressure duty and higher turn down ratio (up to 40:1) is Robotrol operated Control Valve Model.

    It consist of of Isolation Valve, Strainer, Separator, Pressure Regulating Valve, Traps, with By-pass Line and Safety Relief Valve.
